The heated outdoor pool and hot tub were fantastic. We especially loved the spacious two-bedroom apartment with a great layout for our family and came with a well-stocked kitchenette. The staff were helpful and ensured our stay was comfortable.

I don't understand where those who have given negative reviews are coming from, unless they were expecting club med. At an off-season rate around $100, we found this fantastic value for a large fully equipped modern room with balcony. And the restaurant was a really pleasant surprise (apparently there's a recently new chef as of late April 2012). We had a fantastic meal (and I'm a foodie!). Slight panic when there was no Central Otago Pinot Noir by-the-glass on the menu, but the waitress managed to conjure one up with no fuss. At this price, why would you use a motel/

The studio was spacious, clean, and comfortable, a perfect base for exploring Wanaka. Excellent facilities included a hot tub and fitness center!

Very easy access to all the Wanaka attractions, rooms clean and well appointed. Pool nice as we had good weather.

Some road works made access difficult, but realised this would be short term.

The absence of kitchen sinks in studio rooms was quite inconvenient for meal prep!!! A more efficient laundry token system would greatly enhance guest experience!!!

The room was well appointed and lovely and warm despite the cool outside temperatures. The facilities were great ie pool, spa pool, gym and steam room/sauna. It's walking distance fom the town centre and easy to get to other places by car. They have a free pick up and drop off service to Lonestar restaurant if you want to dine there.

There was a issue with my booking but reception staff were quick to fix it and go ahead with any of our needs. Staff were both very friendly but also informative. We had a great stay thankyou

The location was ideal a quick walk to town yet in tranquil surroundings with excellent facilities like a pool and hot tub

The absence of daily housekeeping was quite inconvenient especially with the towels piling up due to an ongoing shower leak

The rooms are clean. However it's a bit of a push to call it a resort, more of a flash motel. The hot tub was the best thing about this accommodation.

Staff pointed me in the direction of my room on check and managed to stuff up the booking I made for a taxi (takes about 15-20 minutes to walk in to town). No robes in the room.

So spacious and comfortable, such a good retreat with a lovely garden.
